I've lived at Kingsbridge North for 4 years in a one bedroom with no washer and dryer. When I pursued a TRANSFER to a unit with a washer and dryer within a half a block of where i currently reside (still on Kingsbridge property), I was told I'd have to pay a transfer fee because I was "breaking my lease" on top of a security deposit (250 transfer fee and 200 deposit. Have never been treated with such poor customer service. The front office is extremely rude. Terrible communication between maintenence and front office had my apartment entered multiple times without consent after telling them I wanted to be home at the time. Have contacted corporate three times about the unprofessional and disrespectful service to no avail. I would not recommend living here to anyone. As expensive as it is to rent you would think a little respect and consideration would be given. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!
Awful when it comes to repairing/fixing anything in your apartment. The communcation between their employees is nonexistent.
