Sadly, we would never recommend building with Kingsway. Like many others, the quality of service changed after the "The check was cashed". We have been in our house for over 2.5 years, and we are still waiting for many of one year call-back items to be taken care of. We have been routinely told that the items will be taken care of, but we are still waiting. I love our home. However the follow up issues after never get completed. We are on 2 years detailing what needs to be completed and nothing. If you are looking for a company that will fix issues on your new build or remodel look elsewhere. I changed the review to a 1 star. If I could give them negative I would. After my initial review we had 2 people come out and again take the list of items to be repaired. This was in January. It's now the middle of May and no one will even call us back.

we built with Kings Way and we would do it again. Most people that build homes seem to experience so much drama. We experienced ZERO drama. It is like planning a wedding, it takes time to pick everything out and sometimes you are just not sure but it all comes together.
We built with Kings Way Homes and to say I love our home is an understatement. I first fell in love with Kings Way the moment I walked in the door to of their Wyndale model. There was a special feeling I got from being in their homes. Pam, our sales consultant was remarkable, my husband knew he was in trouble once he saw me talking with Pam and I started to describe our vision.
