Custom built house, they never complete their punch lists, since living in the house found many issues including 2 gaping holes in the foundation on exterior walls of our walk out basement that they covered up with insulation?! Took us a while to figure out how so many lady bugs and beetles found their was in the basement. Disgusting! Ripped out all the insulation thats infested with bugs, have to fix the foundation as the walls don't meet the foundation, what a shit job! We absolutely love our Kingsway home amd cant say enough great things about the KW Team. We interviewed a handful of builders after visiting multiple model homes and ultimately decided on Kingsway for several reasons. We got a fully custom home designed right in front of us that mixed both of our styles and included so many high end items that were KW standards that most builders charged upgrades for. Kingsway is seriously the best builder around. They use high quality products and pay close attention to detail. Everybody on their staff is helpful, knowledge and very easy to work with. As a customer of Kingsway my husband and I could not be happier with our home and the entire home building process. Many people say how stressful home building can be....I can assure you with Kingsway you will enjoy every step of the way. They are a top notch company who are truly a pleasure to work.
