After looking at builders and going through model homes for almost a year, my wife and I moved into our new Kingsway home and really love it. We had a really great experience building and highly recommend Kingsway. We enjoyed working with everyone through the building process, from our very knowledgable sales person to our project superintendent, it was a stress free process. They also sold our existing home and did a fantastic job!
Kings Way built out home in 1993. We were thrilled. We had saved and saved so we could afford to build a Kings Way as they were seen as a premiere builder. Well, 25 years later (not very long in house lives), our house is falling apart. 1. Several years ago we had birds living in our walls because the roof had not been done correctly.
