Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while. Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection Did you experience any unnecessary pain while your teeth were cleaned? A little. I wish they had been more gentle Did this provider use excessive foul language? No

Butcher shop. They have a lot of clients, so they do a sloppy job and send you on your way. First time I had a root canal done, and when I came back later for another, with now a different doctor at this same place, he told me the root canal went bad and they had to do another one in addition to the one I came for. Overpaid out of pocket for both root canals and now both are giving me problems again! some sort of infection under the crown. 2 different doctors and both don't know how to work. Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Yes! They couldn't do anything they told me they would be able to Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Yes, I was able to rinse Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth? Yes, they examined my teeth thoroughly Did this dentist answer all of your questions? Some were answered Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Not at all, their cologne smelled great

Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? No. It took me several times to get through. Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes Would you recommend this dentist to others? Yes Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood

Does this provider treat their staff well? Not at all. I felt terrible for all the staff members Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Did your mouth feel clean after your appointment? Not at all, it felt dirtier than it did when I arrived Were you able to relax during your appointment? No, I was on edge
