They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here.
