Did this provider show attention to detail? Kind of, but not very much Did this dentist provide helpful oral health techniques you could practice at home? Yes Do you trust this dentist to only recommend dental procedures you need? Yes, I trust them Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Somewhat, they should have been more polite

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Not really, sometimes I worry they're going to stop trying to help me Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes

Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled? Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure Does this provider treat every client equally? Not at all, I feel like they're constantly ready to give up on me Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted? Not at all, they fell off almost as soon as I walked out the door Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? No, I couldn't wait to get out of it Does this provider remember you by name? Never, they can't even remember throughout my appointment
