I contacted King’s to see if they could make my AC (that was installed by another company) run quieter. Zane arrived on time and quickly assessed the issue and fixed it. But, more importantly, he also noticed a very serious wiring issue that could have resulted in a fire! (My previous HVAC company had been out on three service calls and never noticed the wiring error.) I am so grateful for their professionalism, knowledge and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with King’s. From our first inquiry to the office thru installation. Zane helped us decide on a unit. We had a lot of questions and he took every call. AJ and Colin installed our new AC with care, were conscientious and cleaned everything when they were done. They were amazing! We've used Kings twice now. Both times, the technicians were polite and courteous. They really take the time to drill down to the main problem. On top of that, Tony and CJ really listen when you're explaining things. This team cares and that's quite evident. Wouldn't use anyone else!
