Amazing service! Our tech Parker Weinhardt from King’s Heating & Air was outstanding! Very knowledgeable and walked us through all the service he did to both our inside and outside unit! His experience and knowledge was not unnoticed! We used to use Bonds heating & Air and in the past 5 years we have ones our new home not once did they do any of the service Parker did. Kings did great. Technicians were professional helpful and respected my home. They removed the mold, cleaned all duct work and sealed and gaps. They cleaned up afterwards and solved my issues. They were attentive listened to my concerns and explained the work. Being done so I could understand it. Price was all inclusive and worth every penny.. I would recommend Kings .
Zane was terrific. Within 4 hours he was able to fix our unit and provide me a quote on updating our ancient system (which I asked for!) He was very patient and kind despite things being a little chaotic at our house, too. Every experience I have had with Kings has been great so far. Thank you.
I would absolutely choose them again. Rates are reasonable. My unit previously froze up. Thought there was a continued issue. Matthew was polite, respectful and timely. Explained what he felt was the problem, however did not have to actually repair anything. Took care of some extra maintenance, that could be more costly down the line. Good job!
From start to finish, King's Heating and Air by far exceeded my expectations in every way!! And the team who came to do the job were not only consummate professionals and courteous, polite young men, but the most diligent I've ever encountered in cleaning up after having completed their work. I can assure anyone in need of ductwork replacement you will find none any better!!!
