Magic Max just saved my life! I run a business, and have used Word for more than 20 years. Microsoft decided that I needed to get their 365, but I couldn't download it, and because of that, I had no access to my word files! Max came to the rescue! He updated my computer, figured out all the glitches, led me through all the updates, and in the process he was kind, caring and funny. He overserved and undercharged me. So generous of him. Max is an incredible man, he's a fun, charismatic and overall a fun guy to be around. Within 2 hours he managed to indicate the problems that were occuring with my PC. He Showed me every step of the way, told me what he was doing and in general was extremely helpful, I highly recommend for anyone looking to get their Computer fixed. 😄
