Reasonably priced, knowledgeable and professional, hometown familiarity, King Door is the right choice. As a first time customer, I was very pleased and recommend their services.
As a business person I am very critical about the service that I ask and pay for. With that in mind I called an out of town firm first and then ended with the great service and repair that King Door Company provided me with. They solved the problem in minutes fixing two wires that were shorted out. Simple repair but they also serviced both doors with regular maintenance. Called the supposed 24 hour service on Saturday. Spoke with Ronnie. He quoted us and twice during the conversation told us we would receive a call Monday morning to let us know what time someone would be here. I waited at home until 12:15. No phone call. Called and spoke with Mike who told me the lady I needed to speak with would call back after lunch. Sara called and told me out would be Monday.....next week. Maybe Friday if she could arrange something. On the hunt for a repair this week.
Straight phone quote was accurate. Tech (Ronnie I believe) was professional. Repair took little time to replace spring. Provided courtesy lube of door. So far so good.
I have used King Door on 4 different occasions and have always been pleased with the outcome. They have shown up on time and have done a good job at replacing or repairing the door. They have shown themselves to be very professional.
Called king door to have a spring replaced on my garage door. I went with the higer bidder thinking I would get a better job. What a mistake that was, they did show up on time but after installing the spring the tech told my wife the opener was bad and needed to be replaced at a cost of $360.00 and change.My called me at work and told me the news, I had to take off work and when I arrived home the tech was putting pressure on my wife to buy the opener now. I engaged King Door to replace my gated carport with a garage door, which required some tricky construction work. King Door did a wonderful job start to finish! From its inside staff to its installers, King Door made everything very easy and exceeded my expectations on every level. My new garage door looks amazing, and I have even had neighbors comment on how good it looks now. I highly recommend King Door to anyone!
I never realized garage doors had so many parts. I mean there are cables, springs, tracks, and more parts then you can shake a stick at. Although there are so many parts I never worried because they never gave me a problem. Then one day my garage door would not open. I looked, but could not see anything. I did think there was something funny about the garage spring so I got this garage service to check on the problem. Their repair work was very impressionable.
