the worst service, the girls at the reception have no smile on their faces and answer so rude. they have absolutely no polite manners. and the doctors are good , except for 3 of them. they are always trying to rush you and in turn the job is done wrong due to which you have to suffer the pain and return to them again..
Over all my visit was great. I have no complaints about office or Dr Shen he is on Denist I trust.

Service is okay - some what satified
When I went for the consultation on Saturday it was not explained to me about the cavity my son had and what my options were. On the return visit wherein he had the sealants done that is when someone informed me about the cavities and that I could go with a cheaper silver fill-in (which was not told to me on the earlier visit). Now that I have all the information and the two cost breakdowns I can get the rest of the work done that Joseph needs. We are waiting first to consult with your orthodontist - and look forward to that... read more
Everyone is so nice and I got in for my first appointment on the same day I called because I was having gum pain. Linda, the hygenist, is terrific! They were honest and considerate and worked within my budget.
