Timely, professional and couteous staff
I recently visited 7 Day Dental and had two very different experiences. On the first, when I had only a routine cleaning, I had a scheduled appointment and STILL had to wait more than 2 hours until they started, one in the lobby and almost 1 1/2 in the chair. I was not very impressed and was about to walk out, but still came back for a filling that was needed. This was the best experince i had at your office. All of the others, have had rude nurces and dr's that can't work, because I can still feel the pain, with the numbing. The only complaint I have, is that you WAITED until the LAST minute, to call me and tell me that a pregnancy test was required and I have to buy it and bvring it. I spoke to several nurses and doctors about my visit, days before the visit and no one ever told me. Many people are broke and people like me, whom NEVER want kids, was EXTREAMILY OFFENDED!!!!!!!!! ... read more
Horrible Assistant, horrible horrible, don't help and being racist!! and the dentist has weird technique on giving the anesthesia, and it hurts horribly.
My experience was as best as it could be due to the nature of my dental work needing to be done.
