Briana is a fantastic instructor, I took both her strength and yoga classes. She was super attentive to form and kept the vibe up! Loved her class
As much as I want to keep Paige to myself, I cant gatekeep her! Amazing massage therapist. Always makes sure she understands your concerns and problem areas. Gives clear information about her treatment plan and is always a smiling face I love deep pressure and she always delivers. The rest of the staff are also always happy and welcoming. Great place with lots to offer.
Absolutely love love Chere Jones yoga classes! She has such a calming vibe, explains each movement so well and will come and assist with your form. She is one of the best in HRM! 🎉
Juliana and Annika are incredible. I am obsessed with this gym. I am a mental health practitioner and this gym is SO SAFE welcoming loving and I love this community. Shout out to Chris (I think that’s his name?) with hip hop Pilates and huge shout out to DANI who is my absolute favourite new Pilates instructor!!! She keeps the music a bit lower and has this wonderful presence and focuses on form and stability. I love this gym so so so much. Now it’s time to hop into the sauna and then get some Accupuncture!!
