I can't recommend Kinfix Health + Fitness enough! From the moment you walk in, you're welcomed with such warmth—Aynsley always makes you feel right at home, it's always nice to stop for a chat with Jules and Julien, and Paige gave me the best massage I've ever had. The whole team is so lovely, and the atmosphere is just what Spryfield needs. We're lucky to have Kinfix in the community!
Al Geddry and I are 80+ year olds who have been ‘fixed’ by Julien since 2019 when he had a clinic downtown at GoodLife. Julien is a very competent chiropractor and great individual who has helped us time and again.
Excellent service and clean environnement
I've attended a couple different classes here now. The studio is very clean and inviting. The instructors and staff are so friendly and welcoming. It's been a great experience so far. Overall, I would highly recommend Kinfix!
