Excellent place to go in Truro for massage and Fashia. Massage therapist Mallory Mentis is amazing. She knows the tricks to get my back and ankles moving well again. The stretch one gets from Crystal Smith in a Fashia session with her is wonderful. I feel rejuvenated after a session with her. One never fully realizes how much the body holds stress until you have had one of these sessions. Both ladies are wonderful people with your best interest at heart. Highly recommend.
I had a great experience with KinFix and highly recommend Alyssa for her massage services. She always makes me feel comfortable and I always leave feeling so relaxed and refreshed.
The halifax location is a great place with staff that will help accommodate all of your health and fitness needs. One great perk is they are open later than most other places which is great for thoes that dont like to miss out on work
