From the first call, they were super helpful. Actually went to sign up, and the motivation I received from J.D I really needed it to go through with it. My first day is tomorrow morning, I'm so excited. My fitness journey starts in the morning, lol
AWESOME customer service!! I mean, they went above and beyond to accommodate my needs without me even asking them to! They saw the "issue" and took it upon themselves to make it work out for me. Finding good customer service like that these days is very rare and hard to come by! That alone makes it worth every penny! All the staff that I've met have been incredibly nice! Love the classes and the teachers (love sheree, marea, Katie, Martha and Stephanie), which is why I bought a membership here. Can't give more stars though because I've have several issues with the childcare and am reluctant to come now to daytime classes. They've lost my trust with my littles. I'd be willing to pay more for good, loving childcare. It'd be incredible if my kids even looked forward to going!
I've been very happy with Kinetix! They take great care of my 2 year old so I can get an uninterrupted run in!!
Matt and the staff are always helpful. I really like the convenience of the gym. 24 hr access and always a clean facility to get your grind on!
