I like that there is always a staff member to help with anything that you need. They are friendly and my daughter loves going and staying in the child child care while I workout. It has plenty of equipment to choose from to get a good workout.
I really like this gym. Everybody is so encouraging and helpful. I love the classes that they offer especially the spin and I'm enjoying meeting new people as well.
I've been going for a while now and am very happy with Kinetix, only complaint I could have is that the membership is growing and it is getting a little hard to get the equipment you may need. But they could solve that with some more equipment.

Great atmosphere & wonderful people working there, however I really wish there was a low impact class. Because of my thyroid issues I have heart palpitations & can't do hiit. I enjoy Zumba, but I don't care to do it every day. Plus there needs to be better fans in the studio because it gets really hot in there.
