I love working out � here! I love the environment!!! Everyone so friendly! I been working out here for almost a year, wouldn’t change it for the world, I love the classes too! ��
So it's taken quite some time to get back to the fit life after having my daughter. I was nervous coming into the gym. I attended Body Pump Class on Friday and it was AMAZING!!! I felt so accomplished to finish the whole class my first time. Everyone was kind, supportive, welcoming, and encouraged me to come back! It wasn't intimidating and even though it hurt I smiled the whole time! I just joined Monday but so far...I Love this Gym!
I was met with a smiling face at the front desk and every face after that was just as kind, thoughtful, and helpful. Great atmosphere.....I took a Zumba class that was taught by Maria Garnto and boy was it awesome. I give this place 10 stars.
Although I've had some set backs, Jennifer created a work out plan that would meet my needs. She also took time to specifically show me how to use each machine and made me feel comfortable and confident using the gym. Valerie Rinck
