unfortunately I have decided to cancel my membership due to the lack of cleanliness, lack of staff and the same equipment that was broken before the Covid shutdown is still broken after reopening. I loved the gym when I first joined a few years ago but it has continued to decline since then.
I have gave this location 3 separate chances. I even went on different days and times. It's just not clean enough for me and I have yet to see a staff member actually do anything besides play on their phones. You would think amidst this whole COV1D-19 scare the staff would do a better job at cleaning. It's disappointing because I joined at the Centerville location which is amazing, but I knew I was moving to Bonaire so I already planned on utilizing the 96 location. My all time fave gym! The staff is always so nice and helpful & it’s a super clean facility! My favorite thing about this kinetix is the daycare. My daughter and I absolutely love Mrs. Maria! She is awesome ❤️
I’ve been a member at Kinetix for about five years. The classes and people there have saved my sanity many many times. As a mom to young kids, quality childcare is paramount. I joined initially because the childcare room is spacious and open and the people there have generally been wonderful. Lately though, under Maria’s leadership the childcare has been even better! Nicole’s Xtreme Hip Hop Class is an awesome workout!
I’m not member but I attend the HipHop Xtreme steppers on Tuesday & Saturday & I must say the instructor Nicole Wilson ROCKS. After every class I feel refreshed and tried even if that’s possible lol. Every time I attend class the staff there is AWESOME very helpful and friendly..
