Very friendly and encouraging staff! Clean facility, nice experience so far!
For months I've struggled finding the right place to workout and be in an environment where everyone is friendly and to talk to staff who put away there time and energy to help out others. Here you will have access to a variety of different machines that target whatever muscle groups you wish to workout as well as several group fitness classes if you decide to get a gold membership which allows you 24 hour access and free group fitness classes. Great customer service, great trainers and I like the classes. They are very energetic. My son is 7 months old and goes with me sometimes. The ladies who watch him are so sweet and I don't worry about him when he is in there. Also I have had to shower a few times and the bathrooms are clean.
Great group fitness classes with awesome instructors. I love Body Pump and Yoga (Body Flow). The locker rooms are small and crowded. There is only one of each type of free weight bench, so the weight area can be crowded.
Kinetix is a rip off. I paid off my gym membership and never went back. They still continue to charge me and renew my contract even though I never signed to renew. How the hell can i when I live in Colorado now and my name has changed! My brother was a minor when I signed him up to go with me. They are charging him as well and at 17 now has bad credit and debt even though the paperwork states that I was the one paying it not him. The customer service sucks and they have no clue how their gum works or the payments. Pleas save... read more
