Does this provider welcome questions? Not at all. They ignored my questions Does this provider always put the customer first? Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they cared about my needs Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Not at all. It was obvious they didn't care about me

Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Yes, they are known for being good at what they do Was this provider late to your appointments? Yes, it ruined my schedule for the entire day Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? They seemed to know enough Does this provider treat every client equally? Sometimes, but not all the time Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked

The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.

I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. I don't think they were very experienced or well-trained. They didn't know what they were doing at all. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Yes, they need to clean or sterilize their facility more Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Sometimes, I usually have to convince them to look into the situation Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes, I think I could have gotten better service elsewhere
