My friend was there only 3 nights bc he was not being cared for so I checked him out early. He was there to receive physical therapy and by night 3,still had no P.T. Night 1, he asked for a cup of water at 7pm and got it at 4 am. My grandfather just had a recent stay at Bay Pointe and it was perfect. The staff really care about their patients. At first we were turned off by the the outdated and run down appearance of the building, but after touring the facility we felt the warmth and love of the staff. The tour was very welcoming. The hospital kept insisting that we take him to their center, but I am so glad that we chose Bay Pointe for his care. Thank you kindred Bay Pointe

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places.
