I highly recommend that you do not you this service. I used their service once. Had some trouble getting the payment thru. I tried several times to communicate with them...email, customer portal, phone calls....phone calls only get a recording and no followup. Emails disapear into a black hole. customer portal...the same when it comes to communication or their response to my concerns. This has to be the worst pest control company I’ve ever encountered. From the tech telling me I could cancel at anytime if they weren’t better than my previous (I later found out I was welcome to cancel for a $150 cancellation fee)… to entering my cc information wrong and incurring a late fee… calling to have it (the autopay info) fixed and not actually fixing it, resulting in another late fee… to not answering calls during business hours and not calling back until the next day…to now charging me a "reimbursement fee" of $14... read more
