My experience at Kindred was great. I found the staff accommodating and helpful. Respitority services were exceptional and my recovery was enhanced by the professional staff. Kindred has special caring nurses and respitory therapists that make the recovery a good experience. The physical therapy staff make getting stronger fun. I would highly recommend Kindred Hospital in Oakdale.
I was recently a patient at Kindred Hospital in Oakdale,Pa. My extended stay was for one month.I can't praise the hospital and staff enough. They have wonderful doctors,nurses,and nurses aids. Also a great housekeeping staff and an excellent physical therapy and occupational therapy staff. They all made my stay more comfortable.I felt as though some became my friends. After problems with surgery I came to Kindred and Grechen & Dr Nariane worked to close up my open wound We feel we received topnotch treatment The hospital is extremely clean and the personal very friendly and dependable The physical therapery people are execelent. This was a good place for my sister. She recovered very well here. Thanks to Missy & Ruth who looked after her very wee. Also Carol & Kim they were a great help in all the processes.
I highly recommend Kindred Hospital to anyone who needs acute care! My father was in pretty bad shape when he showed up and the staff and nurses have helped him improve tremendously! They have answered all questions pertaining to his health and even conducted a wonderful meeting with us and everyone involved to put us at ease. They also take small requests (such as a fan always on him) to make my dad feel as comfortable as possible. My family and I are very pleased with Kindred Hospital!!
My husband has been ill for almost 6 months with respiratory problems, C.O.P.D. We've been on an unwanted journey, going from one hospital to skilled care . . . and so on. Kindred Oakdale by far is our BEST experience, out of the 5 hospitals and 3 skilled facilities. We had never heard of Kindred before Duane arrived here.
