After 28 days in iCU I went to Kindred for 46 days. Wow what a positive experience, greatly exceeded my expectations. All personnel, nurses. assistants, therapists, housekeepers were great! Also had windows, control of bed, big tv, big in room bathroom. Can’t really do it justice in words; just great people. I recommend without any reservation. J. Chris Pfister
my mom was brought to kindred after spending 40+ days in the ICU, although the thought of leaving a place we got so comfortable was a little difficult. Kindred made us feel right at home. Their staff went above and beyond for my mom and family. ALL the nurses, patient care assistants, respiratory , case managers and Dr. Azad - were all so caring and helpful. Even the CEO stopped in from time to time just to chat and check on us which was really touching. They all made us feel at home. highly recommended.
I have had the best care at Kindred. They are caring from the doctors, nurses, and nurse's aids. I would recommend Kindred to anyone who needs a great place to heal.
My dad was transferred to Kindred from Mercy St Rita’s on September 4, 2025. He was there for 23 days and during his time there, we received the best care. We were impressed with how friendly everyone was, from administration, doctors, nurses, respiratory therapists, techs, and janitors. We met some very special people that have no idea how much they helped not only my dad, but me and my sister. I was blessed to have wonderful care while at Kindred for almost 30 days. From day one they assisted to calm fears and anxieties coming from Mercy Health to their hospital. None of the staff ever brought into my room or impacted my care with the known stresses that accompany the medical community employees on a daily basis. Their first concern was patient care.
