With the exception of 2-3 nurses this place is a joke. No attention to patients, food wrong or under cooked, no plan for patient recovery, leaving patients meds for them to take, leaving respiratory masks on for 30-45 min for 10 min treatment. If you have another choice take your loved one somewhere else!

I would refer family or friends if they have to come to this type of facility , the ICU was really good to me nurses like Ms. Bona and Amy are good and they know what they are talking about. Abby on the day shift was also a good nurse these nurses are kind, they always have a smile on your face, they motivate you to want to get well. Our family is very happy with the service and the care provided to our father. The staff is professional and knowledgeable. Extremely friendly and efficient, not only providing an excellent service to their patients but to the pt family as well. This is our second time at kindred hospital northwest and the reason we came back to this facility went was needed again was because of the service provided the first time and we will keep on choosing it, because once more the service and care provided it's excellent.
My experience at Kindred has been very comfortable ,though I've only been here one week I'm due to be here 3 to12 weeks and re -evaluate later if I need to stay longer. The physicians have been very good Keith Nguyen Elsabini and Dr Pandia has been very concern and concentrating on my health needs. The rest of the staff have been excellent . RecommendedI would refer family and friends her, because the nursing staff was kind and courteous. When they could be , when they were not to bust they were very attentive. The tech were wonderful. My doctors were Great, I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for them.

Yes I would refer family and friends because the services has been outstanding. The nurses are very helpful they go out of their way to help. The techs are very good. They caring. Compassionate. Either to help me when needed. The doctors are doing what they can to help with my issues.overall my hospital stay has been great. The meals are excellent . some of the nurses like shikirit has really went out of her way and over to make sure I'm taken care of.
This is my first visit here at kindred northwest, Bridgett was the first person I met and she was excellent. Since then I have had Sam, Amy, and Courtney who has been great nurses in helping me keep my pain under control. I would definitely refer family and friends here if they had to come to this type of facility. I have found that all of the staff is professional, friendly and very caring. The meals here are excellent. My room is always kept clean. I am glad I am here this place is God sent.
