Everyone was very helpful and kind. Like anyplace with a lot of patients you sometimes have to wait for a response but overall everyone was quick to respond. When my dad wouldn't respond they came running and were very helpful. Our favorites were Tara the dietician and one of our nurses Jacob who were both excellent.

Good place to go when needed. I do know because My husband has been to other rehab & health centers. Food good, people very nice & friendly.

I would refer families and friends here at kindred northwest the nursing staff is great everyone is so nice they are curtious and very professional. They make you feel at home And they are welcoming. The doctors explain things were I can understand. When the nurse's give me my medications they explain everything they are doing and what they are giving me. I think my continued stay will Be a very pleasant one

I am a patient here at northwest kindred acute long term hospital. I can't say enough about how awesome the care I have been receiving. I have not one complaint about nursing, the nurse assistants, the food, the physical therapy etc... I was here 3 &1/2 years ago and the difference is day and night. They are extremely comforting, caring and are always asking if I need anything or how I feel. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who may need it. I just can't say enough. Kindred took good care of my dad. He had good staff and an we love the pharmacist. If they could improve one item, it would be the food.

My husband is a patient here. I want to say that it has been and is a pleasure to know and trust good medical care in the hands of professional staff. Sometimes as patients we can be a hand full but the staff here keeps on smiling and generating good care and customer service. I'm not the patient but their service to me is quite awesome. They made provision for me also to be able to be comfortable when I stay overnight. All of the staff from the receptionist, housekeeping, food services,pt, rad. Cna's dietary, unit clerks. I just love everyone at Kindred! They are taking such great care of my dad and their wound care cannot be beat. He is in good hands here which makes it so much easier on our family knowing he is being take. Care of when we cannot be here.

This was my 3rd visit/stay and they are in the process of fixing their intercom system that they use for paging the staff and alerting them of the patients needs. Their technology with the intercom system isn't quite up to date with the times but they are in the process of making improvements and I do see the improvements with this being my 3rd time here.
