We used them in 2006 for my father and they were really good. We are using them now for my mom and we have been very disapointed. You always receive a busy signal everytime you call...and when you call the 800 number it takes forever for someone to call back and then they dont want to come out if its on a week night or weekend. Very un-happy will never use again.
