I was very pleased with the care I received from Center Well. Employees were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would use them again if needed.
Was sent home from hospital on July 13 with fractured pelvic. Orders sent to Centerwell for Home Healtb as I’m right at 71 & my husband is out of state until June 29. They called once & I’ve initiated at least 5-6 calls trying to get HH set up. They’ve yet to to return my last phone call & I guess at this point I don’t need home care since I’ve made it this long on a walker with no help. Do NOT choose this agency!!!! I would highly recommend CenterWell Home Home Health. They were responsive to my calls. Every person they sent called before they came to clarify the time. They were well trained, professional, and friendly. They were eager to help and encouraging when my husband didn't feel like having physical therapy or a nurse. They got us needed equipment and supplies. If you use CenterWell, you won't be sorry. You'll be pleased.
CenterWell was very professional and thorough for the few months that they came to help. Discharge was a little confusing, but other than that everything works smoothly.
Therapists were great. Very informative, kind, and helpful. Hope we won't need your services again but would definitely use your company. I have recommended you to friends who may need your services. Thank you for helping my husband and also me.
