Initially, CW seemed more professional than the last home health service I used, ProHealth. But ultimately I was disappointed in the service and decided to report them to my insurance company for negligence. The RN was personable and knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions thoroughly. I only saw him twice though and twice we had appointments but he didn’t show up, text or call.
