First diagnosis was incorrect. My mom has an IM nail NOT a broken hip. She has no restrictions. The PT assigned to her argued that she was wrong. I corrected him and highlighted in hospital discharge papers where the correct diagnosis was. She is and has been weight bearing as tolerated. He does not advance the exercises to her ability and that being said the PTA does not have a plan of his own and repeats the same exercises. She is not gaining anything. Our experience with CenterWell was really good. The nurses treat you like family so you don't feel like strangers are coming into your home. They know what their doing but most of all they care about what they're doing. You don't feel like it's just a form that's being filled out, they really care how your progressing.
Center well provided me with my medical and physical needs as I was healing from a major surgery. I was pleased with the staff services, courtesy , and respect I received.
I have had amazing care from all the nurses that are helping me. I feel my healing process has gone quicker due to them.
CenterWell is an amazing home health care company. The staff was wonderful. They made sure that the treatment dates were good for me. They were always on time, made sure that I was comfortable with my treatments, and showed genuine care and concern. I looked forward to see them coming, from the nurse to the treatment staff and supervisor. I would definitely request their services again and highly recommend them.
