We took our dog for lips check up. It was at the Coronavirus time. Part of the procedure is to wait in the car while they check your dog, them someone come outside explain the founding and advise on medication. After that they bring the dog and medicine and inform you that they will call you for the bill. Surprise, surprise. They charged us doble if not triple of this medication cost online or somewhere else. Them when we ask for the charges the ban us as a client. Way to practice 👎
this place is awesome and caring and will always use them for now on..had a really good experience and the staff is very helpful and friendly
It was my first time at the hospital. My 8 week old puppy got his first shots. Told me about side effects and I brought McE back because I wasn’t sure if his behavior was normal. Staff was super friendly and when I called about my concern they told me to come right in. They were waiting for me and all is well. Very pleased with all aspects of our visit and want to thank the staff for everything!!
