Nancy at the front desk is the highlight of this office! Front desk staff make that important first impression and she definitely "wow'ed" me! Dr Amanda and her tech were amazing as well!
They have treated me like family. During my most difficult time they gave me a shoulder to cry in. The name fits them to a teeth . All personnel is compassionate.
The staff is always super friendly and eager to help. I've only been in for checkups and they're quick, thorough, and easy. I would highly recommend!
Yesterday was the final straw. They previously misdiagnosed and therefore improperly treated my daughter's dog. Given another chance, they declined to care for my dog who simply needed antibiotics after an emergency hospital visit. I've had many pets over the years and have dealt with several veterinarians. I've never felt compelled to post about anything other than praise worthy experiences until now. Just hoping to save another animal or their human friend from heartache and needless expense. Best people in the world working here. They tried hard to save my baby and helped me when I lost her. If your pet is sick this is the place to go. Such compassion and love here.
Maybe they should consider renaming the place, the only reason they get 2 stars and not one are the ladies at the front desk, considering they're the only thing kind about the place... Vet techs and veterinarian I had to experience only made me feel uncomfortable, disrespected and unappreciated
