Dr Ryan Walczak is the Rudest kind we've ever encountered.AVOID AT ALL COST!!! We were customers for over 25 years til this Rude Dr lost our loyalty. Very short tempered and Rude and unprofessional. Also..he diagnosed our dog w/ cancer and 2 weeks to live.Well good thing we didn't listen to his Misdiagnosis.Tootsie lived another year. And the look on his face ...when we brought her in 1 year later...PRICELESS!!! Well..I guess she didn't have cancer.Ok How many dogs have you euthanized for the quick money .He should be investi... read more

This clinic used to be the top under Dr Rose Eger. We’ve been with them for over 25 years. Back in Sept 2019, our Tootsie fell ill and was seen by Dr Ryan Walczak, diagnosed her with lung cancer and he said Tootsie only have 2-3 weeks to live. He prescribed her steroids that day. The following day tootsie broke into hives, called the office and told me to bring her back in. The Dr Ryan, examined Tootsie and he said to stop the medication, so he prescribed a different meds. I paid and took the meds but decided not to give Too... read more

Business response:

Ellen, it can be quite difficult to hear such an awful diagnosis for a beloved companion, and we’re sorry we didn’t have a more positive outlook for you at the time. We are glad that she was able to live past the estimated time frame, but considering you called to let us know Tootsie had unfortunately passed away at a local emergency vet, we are disappointed to read these comments now. This review, however, does not detract from your recent inappropriate behavior at our facility with your husband, Paco. We are very disappoin... read more

I recently moved to Port Saint Lucie from New York. I’m sure like most people I had a VERY hard time parting ways with my vet back at home and it was a great deal of stress on me to find a new vet. Well i tried one vet with my other dog and had a terrible experience. Unfortunately Ariel (pictured) grew a lump and it was growing rather quickly so I knew I had to find a different vet and QUICK. With tons of research and talking to neighbors I was drawn to Kindness Animal Hospital. Turns out the lump was a mass cell tumor and n... read more

Kindness animal hospital is the right place to go I never had any issues and for the people that are writing on the page and not even from Florida your stupid. How can you judge a book by its cover ? Everyone in the office and tech are very nice and support everyone that come into the building. Stop with the negative stuff only person that should be posting is the lady that sign the papers for her dogs teeth to get removed. Can’t believe everyone and what they post on social media.
