Dr. Kinard, Dr. Haley and all the staff there are amazing and gave our Kodiak a second chance at life and she's living it up as one happy girl. The most amazing, caring, compassionate, and loving staff we've ever met. We can never thank them enough!!
Dr. Morgan was wonderful with us this week, as we had to put our dog to rest. He was attentive, concerned, professional, empathetic...everything you want your vet to be. I will forever be grateful we had him to help us through this extremely difficult week. What a wonderful man and veterinarian.
I've been going to Dr Kinard since I moved to Tennessee. He (and his staff) are the best. Caring, compassionate, always there when they are needed. Can't say enough!
Today would've been my Zenny's 4th birthday if this vet hadn't murdered him. They severed his spinal cord during a "routine" neuter. They were neglectful and 8 other vets agreed that they had to have dropped him off of the table while medicated. Then thought they would attempt to collect $1000 from me. They should be embarrassed and ashamed. My poor baby didn't deserve that.
My dogs absolutely love the Veterinarians and staff at Kinards Creekside. So do I.
EXCELLENT customer service!!! The receptionists are always friendly on the phone and I have never had any issues with 'same day appointments' when my cocker is sick! Thank you Dr. Haley for taking your time explaining procedures, findings and meds! You Rock!!! Thanks again guys for working him in today!!! ~Hugs~
