RecommendedWe’ve only used one vet clinic for over 20 years. We moved to Murfreesboro and did not want to put our cats through the trauma of a 30 minute ride to and from the vet. This practice has gone severely downhill since Dr. Kinard sold his practice to VCA. The wait times are ridiculous. The reception VAs are rude. And you can't ever get ahold of the practice manager, Erica, to vocalize any concerns. They can't stand when you get a prescription from an online pharmacy because they're losing the revenue from their own. They don't stock the prevention we use in office so we have to order it online and Kinards pharmacy is more expensive. And getting the prescription filled is regularly an ordeal. C... read more

When our little 10 week old puppy was viciously attacked by another dog last week we took her in not know how bad she was. They did emergency surgery on her and stabilized her so we could transfer her to an animal hospital that had 24 hour care. If it wasn’t for the quick thinking of the staff our sweet girl would not have survived. While she was at the other vet hospital they called and checked on her every day and called us to see how we were doing. I can not say enough about their wonderful staff.
They drew my dog’s blood yesterday and didn’t refrigerate it. Called today and want me to bring her back to get stuck again. Not happy!!!!!
Took my cat there for the first time today and was very impressed. The staff was very nice. Happy that I found a good vet so close to home.
It’s not easy moving to a new state and having to find a new vet for my babies. I have to say that Lucy’s first visit here went so smoothly. Every staff member seems to care and treated us like family. Dr Martin and his assistants took their time with Lucy and addressed all of my concerns with patience and care. We found our vet home away from home!
I was referred by a friend and have been taking my animals to Dr. Kinard for a out 5 years. He is the nicest man and so kind to the animals.
