I really enjoyed getting my nails done here, it was my first time since the renovation coming here. The nail tech I had was nice and efficient. I'm definitely coming back to get my nails done again. Great service, nice people and efficient!

I’ve been coming here for years to get my nails done. I was not happy with my last experience since the new owners took over. While Joey was doing my nails, the lady Nancy sitting next to her, began speaking Chinese to her, looking at my nails and laughing. It almost appears as if she was making fun of my hands. This continued for the entire time. It was very uncomfortable. I was too upset to say something, which is why I decided to write a review.

I’ve tried for years to give this place the benefit of the doubt due to its convenient location, but my experiences have been nothing short of awful. The worst incident was when they “accidentally” erased my wedding nail appointment—with a pencil—and then claimed I never booked it. That’s beyond frustrating when you’re planning for such an important day. On top of that, they routinely overbook appointments, forcing you to wait 40+ minutes even after you've confirmed a time.
