Service is awesome and pricing is always great! Kim is focused on serving the Summerville community and always going the extra mile for her customers. Always greets me by first name when I walk in and always has a smile on her face! Couldn't imagine shopping anywhere else for jewelry or watches!

Excellent staff! Very honest.
I had a custom ring made from stones that I inherited from my mom. It was extremely important to me that the stones be in one ring that I could wear all of the time. Kim worked with me and suggested a particular design. She kept me informed as to the progress of the ring creation. The ring is gorgeous!! I will use Kim’s for all of my jewelry needs.

My diamond ring is ruined. And they literally told me to take it up with the store I purchased it from... The store I purchased it from wasn’t the store that heated a diamond without checking in a microscope to see if it was laser drilled... Literally the worst. And to top it off, I paid $45 to them for a crappy soldering job.

Heather I am sorry you are disappointed that your diamond is laser filled. It is the responsibility of the people that sell you a diamond to let you know if your diamond is filled. I do not carry any laser filled diamonds nor would I ever carry anything like that in my store for the simple reason of what you're experiencing right now.
