I asked for a quote on a particular Toyota Tacoma and got a very fast response. I am hearing impaired and notified they by e-mail. They were great working with by e-mail and I let them know I would think about the price over the weekend. I went down Monday afternon and closed the deal on my new truck. Very nice salesman. Skipped lunch to be sure i was taken care of. Matched price from another dealer with no hassles. No haggling over price, just made the deal. Gave two year 25000 mile free oil change and tire rotation plus roadside assistance. Only negative was the time it took to get everything done. This was my second purchase from them and i will definitely back.
Kevin was great in assisting us and helping us choose the best vehicle for our needs. Mike was also helpful on his end of the deal. I will definitely send family and friends to these two for assistance when buying a new vehicle.
Kim's worked with me on the vehicle I wanted in my price range and gave a good fair trade in value on my Tahoe. And the finance department was very good at explaining payments and options . We really appreciated that after past expirence at other dealerships.
