This is the 2nd car I have purchased from Kim's and the first new car. Paul Sanchez has been my contact for more than 5 years. My family has purchased 4 vehicles from him since we have known him. Called Kim's Toyota; I told them what accessories/packages my wife wanted on her new Camry and within 2 days they found the car we were looking for. We were given a very fair price and they had it delivered to us in Jackson on the scheduled day. All we had to do was sign the paperwork and the car was ours! We have owned six Camry's in the past (and presently own 3) and would not consider going anywhere else to buy our car. My wife and me have been looking for the last 3 days at new chargers for her and out of 4 dodge dealerships Kims is by far the best. None of them couldn't ever think about coming close to Kim's in any way. Chris Pevey is the best salesman I have ever dealt with. Thanks Chris for your manners and hospitality.

I had went to other toyota dealership and got the runaround in trying to find the vehicle I wanted without any hassle. I had a hard time getting a strait answer. At Kim's I talked to Paul Sanchez and we sat down at his desk with the computer in front of me an him and looked at what the vehicle cost and what the payments might be at if he could find what I wanted. This experience of purchasing my son's new truck was wonderful. When I went to Kim's, we were greeted in seconds by Steve Lett. He was helpful, respectful and friendly. Within minutes he located exactly the PERFECT truck for my son. Mike Johnson worked diligently to get us the best deal he could irregardless of the fact that it was 6:30 on Friday night. My mother had purchased a car from Kim's in the last two years. Her purchased was very easy, and the customer service was great. We had a great experience with our purchase, and we will make all of our purchases with Kim's Toyota of Laurel.

Steve Lett was very helpful. He took the time to listen to the options, color and price range that I was looking for in a truck. We looked at Toyota, Dodge and even some used vehicles before settling on the Dodge Ram that was in the cost range I was looking to spend. He searched other dealerships and generally did all he could to make sure I was happy with the truck. Kay Barry and Mike Johnson were very helpful in explaining the paperwork.
