Assistance was great,it was more than exceptional. Attitude was beyond great. Tasha also gave great advice on the vehicle that was very helpful. She also assisted me in chosing the right vehicle. My experience was great,i was greatly satisfied(her main purpose) i will definitely be visiting again.

Purchased a used Toyota Highlander from Mark. He was so easy to work with. He went to extra mile to find just the vehicle for us. He was so easy to work with. No rush, no push, no high pressure. He was able to meet our requirements and give us a good price. Purchasing the vehicle from Mark was like working with an old friend. We look forward to our next buying experience with Kim's and Mark. We would recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle.

mark posey went above the call of duty to get the price and the car that my wife and I wanted. there was no pressure about buying the car and Mark wanted me to be happy with the outcome of the sale. this is the third auto that i have bought from Kims and the sales and service staff is excellent.

These two are very helpful and caring when you talk to them. Everyone is always very friendly when I come up there. I just tell them what I want and they take it from there. I appreciate all Mike and Tasha have done to help me in all my enconters.

Yes, I visited Kim's to test drive a USED Jeep and ended up buying a NEW Toyota Highlander! Paul Sanchez and Courtney with out of their way to make sure I knew all there was to know about the Jeep. When I finally decided that it was not the vehicle suitable for family trips, Paul listened to my needs and desires in a vehicle. He suggested the Highlander! I went in looking for a used vehicle on New Years Eve and looking was really all I was interested in, but Chris is a great sales man and really helped me with the transition of buying a new vehicle. My wife and I located a 2012 Toyota Camry SE on the internet 31 DEC 12 around 1400hrs. I gave Paul Sanchez, Internet Sales Manager, a call to see if the vehicle was still available.
