The sales staff and support staff were both very friendly, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable about the car we were looking for. Chris Pevey was especially attentive and helpful. We had talked with him on another occasion, but chose not to buy then. He had contacted us a number of times after this first visit. IMMEDIATELY UPON ENTERING DEALERSHIP, WAS GREETED WARMLY BY MR PEVEY AND ASSISTED WITH MY QUESTIONS ABOUT THE VARIOUS AUTOMOBILES I WAS INTERESTED IN. I hear on the radio everyday that Kim's helps everyone. My car was messed up after the tornado; After hearing about Kim's and them saying they could get anyone approved, I figured what the heck let me try them. My credit isn't the best but I figured since I make well over $3,000 a month they could at least put me in something used. Well needless to say I was there all of 15 minutes and was turned down. Mark Posey at Kim's Toyota was so very helpful and easy to work with. In fact, the entire process was effortless. We bought a 2013 Toyota Highlander Limited and traded in my old car. I told Brent Hobbs I was looking to purchase a used car, I gave him a price range I was looking to spend and a general description of the type of car I wanted (SUV, pick up, car, etc...) Brent was more than helpful and came back with a list of cars that might work and I picked from there.
