To be honest, we were not looking to buy a vehicle. All we wanted to know was what our position was. We drove through a monsoon to get from Hattiesburg to Laurel, 30 miles, through a huge rain storm. This is THE place to buy a Dodge, Ram, Chrysler, Jeep or Toyota. I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership and will never purchase anywhere else as long as they continue to do business the way they have with me. It was a very friendly and hasle free experience both times. The most recent purchase I had looked for almost a year for the truck that I wanted to purchase. I traded for a truck that has not been delivered. The negotiations was simple and no pressure with a fair deal. The truck came in as promised and was exactly what was promised. My overall experience was very enjoyable. I was very pleased all the staff acted as a team from the sales people to the finance people. If the service department is as good I have found the right dealership.

We submitted the price that we wanted to pay for our car online and they called to tell us to come get it. That quick and easy. Very fair with price considering dealerships we previously went to would not come down on the price. They were honest and kept to their part on the accepted price unlike the other dealerships. Chris was great at getting with me to help me understand the features on my new car. He has called to check in just to see how things were going with my new car. Great follow-up! I went to Kim's Toyota after going to the Toyota dealership in Hattiesburg, MS to see what kind of offer they would give me on a New 2013 4Runner. The salesman was very helpful and carried us right inside to Cliff Hughes so he could find the exact one I wanted since they did not have it in stock. They found me the same one Hattiesburg had found which was located in Louisiana.
