I have had my vehicle serviced at Kim's since my purchase in 2006. The service tech, Thomas Richardson took care of our needs with complete professionalism. This was our first experience with him, but he made it seem as though it was our hundredth! His care for his clients was evident. Thanks Kim for having people like Thomas on your staff! Robert

My overall visit today was very satisfied. The service was great and done in a timely matter. Thomas Richardson made my stay very comfortable while waiting on an oil change. He kept me informed while I waited.

Great service.. It was less than an hour to get tires changed and rotated.. Workers were friendly and they had a nice service waiting room..

Thomas was very helpful. Whenever I come to Kim's, I usually go to Thomas beacause I know he is a reliable worker who is also very kind. I would definitively recommend this dealership!

Paul was great to buy a car from. When we arrived he had all the paperwork ready and in a matter of minutes we were out the door and down the road. The car was missing floor mats and Paul said he would order them from the dealership and have them shipped to us.

Steve was ready to help me as soon as I walked in the door. Very friendy, easy to deal with. I rated "Good" on Quality of Work because while cleaning my truck, there was damage to the rubber trim around the window on the driver's side. New trim is being ordered which I do appreciate very much. Other than this damage, the truck was cleaned well.

I chose Kim's Toyota because of Kim......she is a very I chose Kim's Toyota because of Kim......she is a very professional business woman and I trust her. I also prefer to drive and own Toyota vehicles. The entire experience was very good. Steve Lett was very helpful without being pushy which is what I kind of expected before I went since I am female. I recently purchased a 2012 Camry from Kim's Toyota. The two gentlemen that assisted me, Chris Pevey and Paul Sanchez, were the reason for this sale. These guys were very friendly, went out of there way to be helpful, and remained patient with me. Big thanks to these 2 guys! I would reccommend Chris Pevey or Paul Sanchez any day!
