This was the easiest and best experience from start to finish of any vehicle I have ever purchased. The initial correspondence from the internet department was from Chris Pevey and after we got close to my price range, once in the dealership, I was introduced to Paul Sanchez to finalize the sale. I visited around 5 dealerships on Monday. Some of those places felt like I had to pull teeth to get someone to help me find the right car for me. Abe Morris went the extra mile tring to get me the right car. He asked the right questions and found out what I cared about in a vehicle. I was aready nervouse and aprehensive about purchasing a new car. At Kim's Toyoto I felt comfortable and very satified with my experience.

Nervous about buying a new vehicle since it had been 12 years since my last new vehicle purchase. Mark Posey took extra time to explain features, insisting on test drives and assuring me I would be just as happy with my Highlander as I had always been with my Honda Odyssey. Had driven Honda vehicles for the past 20 years and was a hard sale! Prompt, curteous service and assurance that excellent Toyota service would follow the sale.

In buying my new 2012 4 door Jeep Wrangler the process was very easy. Kim and her staff handled the whole transaction very professional. They made the whole transaction from start to finish very easy. Our overall experience was the best we have ever had anywhere in purchasing a vehicle. Mr. Thomas Richardson is outstanding with the service he provide for me. he told me what my problem was and kept his promise about the price and the time it would be repaired. My car is performing very well and I really appreciate his knowledge about his job. I will recommend my friends, who own Toyota vehicle to see Mr. Richardson if they have any problem with there vehicle. Great experience he have. Look forward to his service if needed. Salesman was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and Salesman was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, but most importantly not pushy. Went above and beyond what was expected on deal. Actually did more than we agreed on after He already had check in hand. Look forward to doing business with this man in the future.
