Great place to delivery 1 hour in and out staff great comunication
This is not my nature to complain, but I feel it’s important to share what happened. The lady at the office who assigns doors shows clear bias toward non-white drivers. A poor driver made an honest mistake—he forgot to check in at the gate because it was open—and she started yelling at him. Moments later, a white driver arrived and also didn’t check in at the gate, yet she spoke to him politely and said nothing negative. This kind of double standard is unacceptable. They check in on appointments time and no overnight parking they take time for loading 3 to 4 hours
The loading process here is very slow. My trailer shakes every half hour. I arrived and checked in at 12:45pm, then went to the dock. The loading process was still going on until 3:00pm in the afternoon. I don't know why the loading efficiency here is so low.
