Great shop for jewelry repair. Some days they're open by appointment only, so make sure you call first. The phone number is different. I think it's a cell phone listed now.

Brought in a watch I had not worn in 15 years. I had taken it to another jeweler for a battery replacement and was told it was dead and to buy a new one. Walked into Kim Son and was out within 10 minutes with a fully revived watch. I was SO HAPPY!! Amazing experience and their friendliness is top notch. Definitely recommend!

Stopped in today for a watch battery repair. Mr. Wi [not sure about spelling] fixed it while I waited, modest price for the battery and service. Excellent neighborhood customer service and technical capability. Definitely would recommend them for watch and jewelry repair.

I've visit this shop frequently and it's a husband and wife combo that are very honest and very friendly with varriety of quality jewelry. I've purchased a nice white gold necklace for my daughter and got my wife's engagement ring cleaned there. I even went back to buy an anklet bangle for my baby niece, and I'm most likely going to go back for more stuff. Great place to buy jewelry hands down.
