I can’t recommend Sherry enough. After a terrible experience with a different realtor, Sherry was a literal breath of fresh air. She was on top of things at every turn and always ahead of the game. We chose Kathy Knox because she has sold more houses, by far than any other realtor in the area. She was extremely motivated, with many open houses, and showings. Her advice was heeded, and the house sold quickly. Her staff worked just as diligently to make the whole selling process go smoothly. She is a great realtor and a very nice person!
