We probably had one of the longest closing experiences due to a septic issue. Dave is the man. Even through a 5 month closing he was there with anything that we needed. He was knowledgeable about the market and properties that we saw. We felt that he knew us personally and tried to find the best fit for our needs. Even on Friday nights or early in the morning he would reach out if we had any questions. He's also a genuine person who will give you honest advice and feedback. We were so blessed to work with him.

Working with Kim was the best choice we made in our home buying process. She always responded quickly to our questions, and really made us feel like we were her top priority. Kim Knox went over and above in helping us sell our house. It was a very tricky time during Covid and she got very creative. We appreciate all she did for us during the selling process. We ran into many obstacles and she took care of all of them for us! Kim also helped us in the buying process of our new home. We ran into a couple obstacles with this purchase as well. I consider meeting Sherry "fate." We were first time home buyers with absolutely no idea of what we were doing. We had seen countless houses and were beginning to become frustrated (the housing market is insane right now). Sherry is the absolute BEST! She helped my fiancé and I find our first home. Sherry was always there to answer any questions and made the process of buying our first home very smooth. She didn’t want us to choose a house if we didn’t feel 100% about it and we also felt zero pressure that we needed to find a home quickly. I cannot recommend sherry enough she was amazing to work with and she is someone we consider a friend now! First time home buyers should really work with her. She is great!
