Dave was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable about the industry. He answered every question we had about the home buying process, and was available day and night. We probably had one of the longest closing experiences due to a septic issue. Dave is the man. Even through a 5 month closing he was there with anything that we needed. He was knowledgeable about the market and properties that we saw. We felt that he knew us personally and tried to find the best fit for our needs. Even on Friday nights or early in the morning he would reach out if we had any questions. He's also a genuine person who will give you honest advice and feedback. We were so blessed to work with him.
