Been a patient for many years… Said to learn that Dr. Kim has retired! Never had any of the problems listed in some of the other reviews and always found the staff to be efficient! I think the problem is some people think a doctor is supposed to hold their hand and whisper, sweet nothings in their ear But doctor came as a professional who does his job with some people don’t seem to get! I hope he enjoys his retirement

Absolute garbage medical office. Do not go here if you need to see a civil surgeon for USCIS. They will mishandle the paperwork and result in your case either getting delayed or outright denied, then will refuse to refund you. Good thing they're closing up shop by the end of the year, good riddance.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS MADHOUSE!!! Andrew Kim is the most unprofessional and rude man to walk the earth! Is he senile? Is he psychotic? I’ve seen him arguing with patients frequently and interfering with office staff to micromanage about insignificant details. He yelled at me on the phone and hung up on me numerous times. I simply needed a form to be signed and faxed to a third party. He clearly doesn’t need any more business since this office is always over packed with patients.
