This company hires LIARS and UNPROFESSIONALS. One employee has a daughter Amy Eller Lambert and son n law David Lambert (Project Manager @ Southern Siding in Columbia) who caused someone to end their life over lies. This person had Stage 4 Terminal Breast Cancer and still David Lambert played HEADGAMES and LIED
Here from Florida visiting my two sons. Nice location and accommodations.
MILITARY DON’T USE!!!!! I was waiting for my orders to be approved to go on a deployment and when they were finally approved I had 2 weeks to report to station. I told the people at the front desk the situation and they made me pay for a whole month even though I had to leave. They DO NOT have a military clause that waves any extra charges for military duties. Completely unacceptable especially being so close to a major Army base. This is my 2nd year and it is quite. Poor Internet and dish always looses signal. Hard to find parking in front of your building at times.
The service is wonderful and the people are nice and pleasant... The apartments and homes are gorgeous.
5 stars for being the best value in the area. Not the cheapest living and not the "fanciest" or most "luxorious" but they strike a nice balance of cost per square foot vs a nice/clean place to live. Staff is great despite what others on here have said, and the units are very nice. Having researched other apartments in the area, this one was the best deal for the cost per square footage, and is also one of the newest.
